TalentFlo, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose data about your company or business (“you” or “your”) when providing services to you through our applicable websites, applications, products, and services that link to this policy (our “Services”) and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Business Data; Minors’ Data

If we learn we have collected or received data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

  • Correction. You may request that we correct inaccuracies in any personal data that we maintain in connection with your business account, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose.
  • Deletion. You may request that we delete personal data, if any, that we maintain in connection with your business account, subject to certain exception under applicable law.
  • Opt Out of Using Personal Data for Targeted Advertising, Profiling, and Sales. You may request that we do not use your personal data, if any, for these purposes.

Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also several exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data “sales” as defined under certain laws. Arbitration

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to submit any claim or dispute arising hereunder to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Subject to the foregoing, this policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By using our Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for the resolution of any disputes arising under this policy.
