Arbitration

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to submit any claim or dispute arising hereunder to binding arbitration on an individual basis. By using our Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for the resolution of any disputes arising under this policy.
