Pricing Plans & Payment Terms

OVERVIEW

TalentFlo offers three (3) pricing plans to Businesses to screen applicants for current or possible future job openings with such Businesses. The pricing plans are as follows: (1) Basic Plan, (2) Pro Plan, and (3) Pro Plus+ Plan (each a “Pricing Plan” and collectively, the “Pricing Plans”), with each Pricing Plan being further described on this website.  Each Business may select the Plan that the Business determines best suits its needs and desires. Although Talentflo’s business model for facilitating a Business’ search for prospective candidates for current or possible future job openings is particularly well-suited for franchise businesses, TalentFlo  is confident that its business model will work well for other business structures too.  

SUBSCRIPTIONS; PAYMENT

Each Client that selects a Plan will purchase an initial three (3)-month subscription (the “Initial Subscription Term”) for the selected Plan (the “Initial Subscription”). The Initial Subscription price (the “Initial Subscription Price”) for each Plan is due at the time of purchase of the Initial Subscription.  Except as otherwise provided in the T&Cs and except for TalentFlo’s allowing You a pro rata refund of the Initial Subscription Price during the first 30 days of the Initial Subscription Term if You are not satisfied with the Services, the Initial Subscription Price is non-refundable. Client will make payment of the Initial Subscription Price via Client’s debit card or credit card via the secure payment portal on this website.

The Initial Subscription Price per month for the Initial Subscription Term of the Basic Pricing Plan and of the Pro Pricing Plan, respectively, are set out on this website. The Pro Plus+ Pricing Plan intentionally does not set out a monthly Initial Subscription Price because such Plan will likely require TalentFlo to customize some of the services provided to each Client that selects such Plan, therefore pricing for such Plan will be unique to each such Client. EXPIRATION OF INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM; AUTO RENEWAL TO MONTH-TO-MONTH TERM

At the expiration of the applicable Initial Subscription Term, the Initial Subscription will terminate, and the Subscription will automatically become an “at will” month-to month Subscription at the same monthly price as paid during the Initial Subscription Term (the “Monthly Subscription”), unless Client notifies TalentFlo thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Subscription Term that Client will not renew (“Notice of Non-Renewal”) such Subscription and desires it to completely terminate at the end of the Initial Subscription Term.  

PAYMENT FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION; TERMINATION OF MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

BY PROVIDING MY PAYMENT INFORMATION AND SIGNING (OR CLICKING “I AGREE”), I AUTHORIZE TALENTFLO TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS HEREIN.

Any Client that does not provide a timely Notice of Non-Renewal will be converted to a Monthly Subscription, with payment being due on the fifteenth (15th) business day of each month and with payment to be made via Client’s debit card or credit card via the secure payment portal on this website.  

Each Client having a Monthly Subscription may terminate such Subscription at any time without a termination fee or penalty upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to TalentFlo, with such termination automatically becoming effective at the end of said 30-day period without the need for any further action to be taken by either Client or TalentFlo.

TalentFlo may, at its sole discretion without prior notice to Client, increase or decrease the Monthly Subscription fee as of the start of each month by giving Client written notice (email will suffice) within three (3) days after the start of the month in which the fee was changed.

PAYMENT DISPUTES; APPLICABLE TAXES; LATE CHARGE.

If Client disputes any fees or other monies owed with regard to the Services or the Agreement overall, Client will pay all undisputed monies when due, and TalentFlo and Client will work in good faith to try to resolve the disputed amount(s). If Client and TalentFlo are unable to resolve the payment dispute within five (5) days of commencement of discussions, they will submit the matter to mediation by a professional mediator mutually selected by them. If mediation is successful, the non-prevailing Party will pay the costs of mediation.  If mediation is unsuccessful,  the Client will pay the mediation costs, and either Client or TalentFlo may pursue any other remedies available under this Agreement or at Law or in equity.

Client is responsible for paying directly to the appropriate taxing authorities all applicable taxes with regard to the Services.  

With regard to delinquent payments, TalentFlo may assess an interest fee of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by Law from the payment due date until Client pays the applicable amount in full. Except where Client’s payment delinquency is the result of billing errors, Client will be responsible for all of TalentFlo’s reasonable expenses incurred with regard to collection efforts, including, but not necessarily limited to, reasonable legal fees and expenses.
